Shimizu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Nakamura

This is a very popular restaurant in Shimizu-cho that serves as a set meal restaurant during the day and as an izakaya at night. The sashimi and fried foods looked delicious, so this time I ordered the sashimi platter set meal and the croquettes separately. The croquettes were fried well and had a good balance of potatoes and seasonings. The main dish is sashimi, and it can only be described as gorgeous. There was a lot of fresh seafood, and the taste and quantity were great. As I tasted the various sashimi, I naturally felt full. The miso soup with shellfish is also delicious, and it makes sense that the miso soup refill is an additional menu item. And hojicha will further soothe your soul. The courteous customer service from the owner and the landlady was also good. It's a set meal restaurant with large portions, so you'll inevitably have to wait a long time. However, I thought it was a famous restaurant that you would want to eat even if you lined up. Next time I would like to try mainly fried food.

This is a Hokkaido cuisine restaurant. It seems that a couple is in charge of the cooking, and the food was very delicious and looked stylish. The parking lot is not that big, but it is available. There were 3 seats and 3 counter seats. There seemed to be a second floor as well, but it wasn't open so I wasn't sure. It's a small shop, but I'm glad I went there.

I went there at night for work. In addition to fresh Hokkaido local produce, we also have dishes you would find at a regular izakaya. The hideaway atmosphere and taste were both great! (I don't know about the price because I haven't paid it...lol)
