Very nice cuisine serving conger eel. the boiled eel is sweet and fluffy and worth trying

Great Anago. various dishes that have Anago like Tempura, Sushi, Mushi(steamed) etc. Good service+good food so I'd give them 5 stars

I had a hiiragi meal. It was sashimi, grilled conger eel, tempura, conger eel rice and conger eel. The tempura was fluffy and especially delicious. I ate conger eel sashimi for the first time, but it was chewy, and it was delicious when I ate it with grated autumn leaves and ponzu like Tessa. The grilled conger eel was not grilled but grilled with sauce, so it would have been better if it was grilled. But they were all delicious.
