This time we visited for dinner with 4 people. The attentive wait staff and explanations made the delicious food even more delicious. I ordered the Uozumi course (5,500 yen), and it was full of seasonal ingredients, and the taste and quantity were perfect💯. On the way home, I was greeted kindly and told a detailed story about the delicious salmon roe that was soaked from the suji roe at the restaurant. I learned that some types of suji roe are chewy, while others have thin and moist skin, and that they are in season until the end of October. If I have a chance, I would love to eat with you again. It was a feast!

It is about an 8-minute walk from Uozumi Station. I had wanted to go for a while, but I was surprised when I went. The cost performance is really good! Part 2 of the gathering around my father! Three generations of parents and children had a great time. Until March 26th, my father was active as the general manager of a fish shop, working tirelessly to provide carefully selected live fish to customers. This is the store that made my father happy. I had the Shimizu course. The chef's commitment to fish, the ultimate flavor of the soup stock, the careful presentation of each dish is wonderful, and his knife skills shine, bringing the dishes to life. I also ordered the grilled eel as a special order. I want to take this home on the ox day! This is a popular restaurant that requires early reservations on Saturdays and Sundays.
