No complaints about any of the dishes. The best conger eel sashimi, and the arrangement of the presentation. The Tai Kabuto also has a nice shine, and the cooking is authentic. Even if I ordered just one fish, I was able to enjoy it all without wasting anything. A store you want to visit again. I really want you to go.

The way the live conger eel is made is absolutely delicious😋 There are many menu items and I highly recommend it.

You can cook the entire fish. At the end, bone crackers came out. The meat and fish are both delicious, and the fact that they serve chawan mushi along the way is heartwarming.
