I was told that the mantis shrimp sashimi was not available individually, but in an assortment, so I ordered an assortment. The mantis shrimp was delicious, but the flounder was exquisite. However, there was no explanation of what kind of sashimi it was, so I was a little sad that I didn't know what the other white meat was. Grilled Shirako with soy sauce, local fish pickled in Nanban, and finished off with miso soup. It was delicious with local sake. Sudachi's chuhai was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was only 500 yen! ! I wish we could talk more.
