You can enjoy ayu with various cooking methods. Sashimi, candied and vinegared dishes are all delicious, but the best is salt-grilled. Rice porridge to finish is also recommended.

I visit them every year at the end of summer. This is fine! There was so much sweetfish that I was full. The ayu zosui (sweetfish porridge) at the end is easy on the stomach and can be eaten easily. The tempo of the food is good, and even though it's a course meal, it's nice to be able to eat it casually. Yana has a nice atmosphere, but it's hot and there are insects, so I much prefer this one.
