At night time, I had a simple kaiseki meal of swimming squid. The type of squid changes depending on the season. It was Kensaki squid. Choose squid from Ikesu. The store clerk was also very nice, and the explanation was polite and easy to understand. It was about 7500 yen for 2 people eating 1 bowl of squid with the swimming squid fee + 1280 yen. It was fresh and delicious! A set of 3 kinds of sashimi (salmon, sea bass, amberjack), fried squid, rice, red miso soup, and pickles. All the dishes were delicious. We also sell fresh fish on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month. I would like to go to lunch next time. Thank you for the meal.
