Japanese restaurant at Nishinohata Sogaya in Gifu City Used for lunch on the 3rd of the New Year, the menu is as usual, and there is a good-looking set menu such as a flower basket set and a three-tiered rice scoop. This time, we ordered the Hanakago Gozen (1,650 yen), which is a kaiseki-style meal that includes tempura, sashimi, and chawanmushi. In terms of volume, udon is included, so even men can be satisfied, and rice and red soup stock can be replaced. After-meal drink was +100 yen.

A delicious Japanese restaurant with good cost performance. The tempura was lightly battered and fried crispy, so it wasn't greasy and delicious. The sashimi was fresh, and the ingredients of the simmered food were well soaked in the soup stock, making it feel like it was made over time. The rice is also freshly cooked. The udon noodles are moderately chewy. The thickness of the miso soup is just right. Everything was delicious and satisfying. Hanakago Gozen is limited to 30 servings, so it's a good idea to order the menu when you make your reservation over the phone. I used it for lunch. The same lunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays as on weekdays, so it may be easier to visit on Saturdays and Sundays than on weekdays when it's more crowded. The building used to be a coffee shop, but the interior is divided into separate tables and the tables are large. It's like a private room, so you can eat slowly and comfortably. There are two types of menus: set meals such as sashimi set meals and tempura set meals, and limited menus. I heard that they still have a limited menu, so I ordered the limited menu. There were 3 to 4 small bowls in each 3-tiered bowl, each with a different side dish, each one beautifully colored and delicious ♥ Despite the elaborate menu, the food was served faster than I expected, so I didn't feel like I had to wait. This is one of the stores I would like to use again.
