the place is amazing! truly local and amazing cuisine and vibe :)

A really lovely family-run izakaya in Nakatsugawa and a real taste of the authentic Japanese izakaya style. Our Japanese is very basic but the host was incredibly accomodating and took the time to translate everything on the menu, including all the specials! We loved everything but would recommend the snapper sashimi (きんめ刺身) and the fin (エイヒレ). The other patrons were also great fun and even invited us to join them for dinner!
