Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜Genuine Sake & Sushi Diner "Uotami" Naoetsu-Mitsuya

I used it on my trip to Niigata because it was closer than my hotel. There was also a person in a wheelchair, and they provided us with a large room where we could fit in, which was very helpful. The staff was kind and I was able to spend a good time there. thank you.
