Very interesting experience where you can make your own soba and east them afterward I've got the chance to be taught by the chef so it was very interesting However I would have like to be able to cook my own soba and to make the dipping sauce myself so I could really said I did this dish all by myself

Absolutely loved the soba-making class. We were the only ones (during New Year’s), but the room could definitely accommodate a lot of people. The class includes a video, making the soba, and eating the soba in the restaurant downstairs. The instructor is very knowledgeable although speaks limited English. It’s very exciting to see the soba you made yourself, especially since the cutting is not uniform. They cook the noodles plain, and they also fry a small portion as a snack. You can also order other foods. The instructor also gave us complimentary calendars!

Went for the soba making class, which includes watching a video, kneading the buckwheat and slicing it up. Tip: don’t slice it too thick or you get udon! Pretty interesting and simple lesson. After which you get to eat it three ways: cold sauce dip, warm sauce dip and fried soba. Takagi-san was very friendly and instructive. Not much to rave on taste, but at least it’s decent. Additional fried chicken was huge!
