Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Shinshu Soba IIDAYA

The soba here is really delicious! There are other stores around the station, but this one is by far the best! Other stores have the goodness of other stores, but here the potential of soba noodles is the highest. It's delicious to eat with just soba and salt! The basic soy sauce-based dipping sauce is also delicious! Walnuts are rich and delicious! Recently, I've been addicted to duck steamed rice, so I've been ordering a large serving of duck steamed rice several times in a row with the basic dipping sauce! I always stop by when I come to Matsumoto, and it's so delicious that I go there at least twice on my way back and forth! I will ask you again!

After going out to listen to a concert at Kissei Bunka Hall, I decided to eat at Matsumoto Station. Since I came to Nagano, I wanted to eat soba noodles, so I went to Tempura Idaya in the station building. It was a bit chilly at night in Matsumoto, but I was able to eat warm soba noodles and my body warmed up. Shinshu soba is delicious.
