Excellent soba, hand ground and hand made fresh every day. They serve both types (arabiki and hosobiki). Delicious tempura. The owner even grows the vegetables in her garden! This is a great, and very convenient spot to enjoy some authentic Shinshu soba with a peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant. Just make sure you bring Google Translate along for the menu.

On my way home from the Kuroneko office, I found a search result early in the afternoon. It was a chilly day, but I made zaru soba and it was delicious!! Good texture, aroma, and flavor! The tempura is also crispy! Moreover, the nostalgic apple tempura was a nice accent!
