Lovely food and really nice service. The cold soba noodles and tempura were fantastic!

During the three consecutive holidays in July, I visited in search of a store that was open from the morning. A tasteful shop standing next to the well of Genchi, a little off the busy street. The soba was thin and fragrant and delicious even at this time. Because it was 10% (?) that it was easy to cut? The soup is light and refreshing with less sweetness, which is good. Tempura of seasonal vegetables was also fried with good texture. In a conversation with the husband at the time of accounting, he said that he had experience working at a temple lodging in Togakushi and procured the buckwheat seeds/powder (?) from an acquaintance at that time.
