One of the best handmade soba noodles I ever had! We ordered 1 hot soba and 2 sets of cold soba with tempura and duck soup, it was superb! What a treat too when we managed to get seats with an Alpine view! Do remember to write down your names inside before queuing, we ended up being the last customers for the day. Special thanks to Haru who served us with so much care and helped us with some Japanese translation too.

Not only cold, even the hot soba was brilliant. Their handmade soba noodles are made by Hakuba local buckwheat flour (80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour) .

Good soba! Have friendly staff. Zen soba next door is reviewed better on trip advisor but i recommend this one.
