Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Ikkyu-an

So so so so so good! めっちゃ美味しいよ！！！😋we ordered the wasabi soba and the なごり雪soba! The texture of the noodles was delicious and bouncy and chewy all the same time. Even the dipping sauce was good. Definitely recommended if you want to know what good soba experience feels like.

Great soba in a traditional atmosphere.

I visited after 11 o'clock on a Saturday during the October holidays. There were many famous soba restaurants nearby, so I quickly googled and visited, and luckily I was directed to it right away. Oh my, it was delicious. I ordered the Nagori Yuki, but it was a little too spicy for me, probably because there was too much soup, but it was still extremely delicious. I ate soba at three places on this trip, but this was by far the most delicious. I thoroughly warmed myself up with the last soba-yu and enjoyed my meal.
