Visited at 13:30 on a weekday. Ordered 200g of Juwari soba and vegetable tempura for a total of 1,250 yen. It said new soba on the table, so it must have been new soba. It was very delicious. surprised. The soba was chewy, the dipping sauce was delicious, and it was delicious even when eaten with salt. The vegetable tempura is also crispy and delicious. 200g of soba looks like buckwheat flour, but when you make and boil the noodles, it turns out to be over 300g, which was a little too much for me.

This soba restaurant is located about 15 minutes by car from Matsumoto Station. There are many delicious soba restaurants in Matsumoto, but this is one of the best soba restaurants, and you will be addicted to the flavor of the soba and the chewy soba noodles once you try it. We have 100 percent soba, 1:9 soba, and depending on the season, we have local varieties of soba, and you can choose the number of grams in 100g increments, so you can eat as much as you like according to your taste. I often go to the store right when it opens, and there are usually a few groups of customers, so it gets quite crowded at lunchtime. I think the rotation is good because the delivery is quick.
