All the staff are kind and the store has a great atmosphere and structure. I ordered tamagoyaki, wasabi inari, fried eggplant soba, and Tenseiro instead of 100 percent soba. Nothing went wrong. I especially liked the fried eggs. The tamagoyaki, made with the dashi soup that you can only find at a soba restaurant, is so delicious. But the wasabi inari was also delicious. I didn't like it, but the soba was delicious, and I even finished the soba-yu. it's the best. I will definitely come again.

Fried eggplant soba. I had it served as 100% soba. It goes down easily in the throat. The fried eggplant was just right and there were a lot of them. I can't get enough of this. I love soba, and this was absolutely delicious. I was also happy that they were open even though it was after 3pm. I was able to heal my tired body after climbing Mt. Kitayokodake. I will drop by again.

Shinshu soba is definitely different. Shinshu quality that you can understand with just one bite. Not only is the soba delicious, but the side dishes are also delicious! Inari-san with wasabi has a refreshing and exquisite taste. It went well with the duck meatballs and was really delicious. The soba restaurant's tamagoyaki is also a must-try. Please enjoy it.
