A restaurant where you can eat Douzuki Soba made by a brand new method They focus on buckwheat from Yatsugatake and eat locally produced products which makes our dishes taste better, and our menu distinctive. This is one of few restaurants where you can try Douzuki Soba and you can enjoy a variety of Soba in each season. You usually use a millstone when you make Soba, but we don’t use it when it comes to Doudoki Soba. You can enjoy a new type of flavor, taste and texture. When you come from the Chino station area, please head to Jiyu Noen Chino branch along the Venus Line(the name of a road). There is a big signborad on the left side 400 meters before Jiyu Noen.

I came here because I wanted to eat delicious soba. We had two types of tempura, 100% soba and 100% soba. Extremely fragrant.

We had two types of tempura, Kanzarashi soba and Dozuki soba. Kanzarashi soba is only available in winter, and Dozuki soba is only available at this restaurant. Dozuki soba looks a little powdery, but it has a strong soba taste and is very delicious. It was a menu where you can enjoy soba to your heart's content, such as how to eat soba noodles in water called mizusoba, and how to eat it with a little salt. The price was 3,000 yen, which was a slightly higher tourist spot price, but the soba was worth the price. The clerk was also very nice and I was able to eat comfortably.
