It's a little off the road, so it's easy to overlook. You should go and look for it. I had Sudachi Soba. The firm and fragrant black soba noodles and the sour and fragrant soup from the sudachi are wonderful. It was the perfect drink for summer. Soba is aged soba called cold soba, which is a little different from regular soba. All menu items are available in white or black.

It had mushroom tempura and matsutake mushrooms. It was delicious with shiso soba.

Hand-made soba noodles from Yatsugatake Plateau. Handmade Niha soba is delicious. The miso pork bowl set for lunch is especially recommended.
