More Comments at Google MapThis soba restaurant is located in a quiet area, a little outside of the area where there are many restaurants. The first thing that struck me was the majestic storefront that evoked a sense of the past, with soba grinding machines and other items that were probably used in the past displayed in the store. When I entered the room, I was greeted by a chatty old lady who led me to a tatami room. The atmosphere inside the store was nice, and in one corner there was an autograph by Mr. Aoyama, the creator of Conan. For the food, I ordered a set of mizumoe soba noodles, self-grinded bamboo steamer, tempura, and Japanese sweets. All of the dishes were first-class, and the mizumoe soba was especially delicious because it concentrated the natural flavor of soba. I would like to visit the store again next time I'm in the area.
I had the Liian soba. First of all, the noodles are thick and have a slightly loose texture. Next is the thin noodles, crispy and smooth. It was delicious. .
I stopped by a soba restaurant on my way home from camping. The wild vegetable tempura was delicious, and while I was waiting, the soba noodles with their unique thick noodles came out. There are various dipping sauces to choose from, such as salt and bonito stock, but I personally liked the salt because it brought out the umami and flavor of the soba noodles. I think it goes well with the texture of the thick noodles.
