Since I came to Ueda Castle, I wanted to eat soba noodles for lunch, so I went to nearby Yaguratei. When I arrived a little before 11:00 when the store opened, there was already a line of about 5 people. Looking at the menu, there was a summer vegetable soba for a limited time, so I ordered it. 980 yen. It's full of summer vegetables, with buckwheat noodles underneath, and it feels like it's immersed in a slightly sour juice. This soup is refreshing and perfect for summer. It seems that the amount of soba can not be large, so it is written that it is suitable for women, but I think it is enough for men. There is a parking lot, but it seems that most of the customers come by car, so it fills up quickly, so you may have to wait for a while.

Arrived around 11:30. I was in line. Parking lot full. Visited one after another. I waited outside at 32 degrees Celsius. I stopped by on my way home from nearby Sanada Castle Park. Thin noodles with a large amount of soba. Tempura is freshly fried and crispy. There are many things to eat such as salad and grape juice, so I am very satisfied. Soba noodles can be eaten 2:8. I was guided to a tatami room, but there was no air conditioner or fan in the tatami room, so it was hot and I felt like I was going to die.
