The skill of frying such a huge kakiage properly without overcooking is amazing. The kakiage itself has a nice crunchy texture. The scent of shrimp is strong and delicious. It's delicious and huge, which makes me happy, but the only drawback is that it's so big that it feels like it's going to weigh on my stomach lol. It's a menu exclusively for fried food lovers. The soba itself is also quite good, the dark soba has a strong aroma and is quite chewy. The soba noodles are also perfect. Also, the soup is excellent, with a strong bonito aroma that complements the soba and tempura. [Walnut] 410 yen Sweet sauce.
