More Comments at Google MapNeedless to say, average middle school is the same price. You can eat a lot of delicious soba noodles. There are many kinds of tempura, and it is fun. You can eat plenty of green onions, and there is soba-yu. It is also possible to add only walnut sauce. You can use PayPay.
Visited again at noon in early November 2023. The price has been changed to include tax. It was tough for me to eat so much because I had just gotten out of the hospital, but I'm a poor person (lol). Thank you for the treat. Large serving of zaru soba + fried pickled ginger. Soba noodles are delicious when soaked in ice water. I think the tempura is a little small. I envy people in Nagano who can eat here anytime. I also think it would be nice if the display included tax. Thank you for the treat.
It is a self-service restaurant (it might be easier to understand if it is called Marugame Seimen style) that operates mainly in Nagano Prefecture, and promotes local production for local consumption. It looks like Nihachi Soba, but the soba flour is also basically produced within the prefecture. They have individually wrapped wasabi, but it looks like they only use some of the wasabi produced in the prefecture. I always have mori soba, and it's crisp and cold and goes down easily and is delicious. Now Mori Soba (regular, medium, large) is the same price of 500 yen. As for the tempura, the Matsumoto area seems to be a local shop, and they have Sanzoku-age (half, mini, or half, but there doesn't seem to be anything more than that) and others. I've never had the rice bowl, but it seems like they have a good set menu. I wonder if it's a shop with only local customers in Ueda, a competitive soba area? I feel that. Of course, in addition to kakesoba, there are soba noodles with various toppings, but I always get the special size (700 yen) + Sanzokuyaki (I think it's around 220 yen?). On the other hand, the soba-yu (soba-yu) that comes in a pot and goes side by side with the soup is also good, with a really good balance of price, quantity, and taste. In my hometown, there is a franchise store in the eat-in corner of Takasaki Aeon, but I don't think it's any different, but for some reason I still go to the Ueda store because it tastes better. I wonder if it's because there's always a guy who boils the soba, saying, ``Just silently''? I will definitely go again. You can also use PayPay. Soba-yu is also available in a pot and is delicious. The liquor store next door has a lot of local sake.
