One of the “must try” when you come to Ueda, especially their kurumi soba!

Every single time we visit Ueda a lunch here is a must. The soba noodles are as good as they get in or out of Japan, perfect, absolutely delicious. If you are not used to eating soba noodles I recommend you get a small portion. They don't kid around with portions here, I always need help finishing my soba+tempura, but I won't give up... One day I will conquer it! 😉
