Tomi, Nagano, Japan｜Sakura

It's a little different from the soba restaurants around here. I ordered the walnut soba and Sakura gozen, and the walnut soba was different from other restaurants, with a light and rich sauce that was not too sweet, and the grilled vegetables were very delicious. Sakura Gozen is a very satisfying meal with seasonal appetizers, a heaping portion of tempura, and two-colored soba noodles. Repeat is confirmed. I don't want it to be crowded.

I didn't know there was a soba restaurant in a place like this. I found it by chance on Google Maps. I ordered coarse soba noodles and mini tempura. It's not a mini at all, but the total price of 1400 yen is cheap. The salad and dessert that came with it were also delicious. The salad is made with cabbage and macaroni, and the sweet vinegar dressing is exquisite. For dessert, I think it's red bean jelly. I was reminded of the deliciousness of beans.

Coarse soba 1000 yen There are counter seats, tables, and tatami mats, and it looks like a group of 2-3 people can fit in easily. The service spirit included a small side dish and even dessert for each soba dish, and the inside of the store was built like a coffee shop, so I was able to enjoy a lunch that I had never experienced before! The customer service of the lady who handled the hall was very pleasant (* 'ᵕ' )
