Komoro, Nagano, Japan｜Choujian

Visited for Sunday lunch in October 2023. The building is an old house with an atmosphere. The inside of the store is large, and we didn't have to wait to get in even after 12:00. I ordered cold walnut soba. I was given a mortar with walnuts in it, and it was fun to rub the walnuts while waiting for the soba to come. Soba is served in a bowl rather than in a colander. The walnuts that I had rubbed myself went well with the soba noodles. I was also happy to have plenty of soba hot water. I would like to stop by if I come to Komoro again.

Soba is a delicious soba that is fragrant even in summer. It's not particularly so. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the sound of soba cutting. This is a restaurant where you can feel delicious with all five senses. Walnut sauce. Oyaki. Tempura. Everything is just plain delicious. It's a good store.

Visited for lunch. For those arriving by car, parking is located behind the store. Immediately after entering the store, cold soba tea hospitality. A nice cup for the heat of summer. Looking at the menu, I ordered "spicy radish soba" among various things. Pour the juice into the bowl containing the grated radish, and enjoy the actual meal. Tastes best when hot. Soba incense too⭕️ Sobayu is also solid, and I was impressed once again that it was so delicious when I drank it in the remaining dipping soup🥹 It was delicious. *Personal opinion.
