Lovely food at Nagano. Soba had a very good texture (I can’t explain) but nothing like I’ve had before. Lady was very nice… :)

When you enter the store, you will be greeted by everyone with a smile. The soba noodles have a strong flavor and are very delicious. The soba soup at the end was also delicious. The store clerk was kind and I had a relaxing time.

The soba uses Togakushi buckwheat flour. Highly fragrant and chewy. I like the taste of the soba soup as well, as it has a strong texture. The famous cutlet bowl is also delicious. Both the egg-bound cutlet bowl and the sauce cutlet bowl are delicious. recommendation.
