Nagano, Japan｜Juwari Daizen Soba

It’s a great place for soba, and their signature buckwheat (white noodle) soba is a must try. If I didn’t know what it was, one could easily mistake it for rice noodles. Reasonably priced. I added a side of tempura, which was decent. Well worth a visit! English menu as well as instructions on how to enjoy soba.

Both the locally unique sarashina soba and the regular 100% soba are far beyond what soba is outside of Japan. It’s a busy (famous) local place. Everyone is kind and English menus are available.

Very delicious! Tempura and soba is so nice, this place seems to be very popular among locals. They have an English menu and nice prices so it's absolutely worth trying;)
