It is a stylish restaurant with terrace seats. The inside of the store is very clean and calm with bright colors. The carefully selected domestic buckwheat is ground with a stone mortar. As you eat, the aroma of soba noodles accumulates in your mouth, making it very pleasant. Sobayu is also very delicious with the condensed sweetness of soba. There are zaru soba, small, medium, large, and extra large, but the medium is usually full. The container containing the soup is also stylish. In addition to soba noodles, there are also Chinese tsukemen and rice dishes. There was also a whimsical menu of the shopkeeper with a limited quantity. The parking lot is wide, and it is a recommended soba restaurant.

Overview: A soba restaurant in Nagano City where you can bring your dog along if you sit on the covered terrace. You can enjoy authentic soba noodles with your dog. Handmade Soba Sakura is a soba restaurant located in Kawanakajima, Nagano City. This is a shop that purchases domestically produced buckwheat noodles with shells, peels them, and grinds them in a stone mill to make soba noodles. Shirokuman and others stopped by this restaurant after sightseeing at Kawanakajima Battlefield Historical Park, which is a 10-minute drive away, and then headed to Zenkoji Temple (a 30-minute drive) to pray. We are currently accepting pets, but you can bring your dog along if you sit on the covered terrace. There are only two terrace seats, so if there are multiple customers, you will have to wait. Please note that reservations are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The roof of the terrace seats is solid and can be used as long as there is no strong wind. Please check with the store regarding availability during the mid-winter season. When I visited, it was just before 12 o'clock on the first day of a three-day weekend in mid-September, and it was raining. 70-80% of the seats inside the restaurant were occupied, but no one was using the terrace seats. What I ordered was Shiroku Manga's deer mushroom tsuke soba, and my partner's pork tsuke soba and seasoned egg tempura. The food was served within 10 minutes of ordering. The soba noodles were of a thin type, and the soup seemed to have been carefully made with dashi stock and soy sauce. The venison mushroom tsuke soba had a delicate taste without any odor, and was a nice way to enjoy soba in an elegant way. The pork tsuke soba had a rich, rich flavor that contrasted with the venison. Both were delicious. Also, the seasoned egg tempura that I ordered had just the right amount of half-boiled flavor, and it made me want to order other tempura as well. If you want to eat delicious soba noodles in Nagano city with your dog, we recommend this restaurant. Of course, I think it's also good for people who don't have a dog with them.

It seems that you can eat 100% soba, so I went there. Doesn't it look like a soba restaurant? The stylish and spacious interior where the pleasant sun shines in and the tatami mat seats are also spacious. The buckwheat noodles I'm looking for are also delicious with short soba noodles that don't use binder powder 😙 I got a normal serving, but the amount is a little small. I also drank up the thick, thick soba-yu. * I get lost because there are quite a lot of menus, including warm soba. 😅
