Nagano, Japan｜元屋そば店

I visited with my family for lunch. The restaurant seems to be popular among locals, and there were many familiar faces there. It was late lunch, so a sign saying soba was sold out appeared right after I entered the store. We had Tenzaru, Mori, and Chilled Tanuki. It was a very satisfying soba with firmness, flavor, and smell. It was very delicious. I would like to visit again next time♪

I wanted to eat a lot of soba, so I searched and found this soba restaurant. When you order the Sugoi Ozaru (¥1,200), the soba plate is filled with heaps of soba like a cartoon, and the soba plate is also served in two tiers, making it an impressive experience. The amount of soba noodles in Sugoo Zaru is 1,200g, and the price is ¥1,200, which is an amazing value for money. The soba flour is a blend of Yatsugatake and Togakushi flour, and Nihachi soba is made by hand with a little water added, making it a specialty soba.

A very good shop. Although the soba noodles are large, the daily specials are satisfying, the cost performance is good, and the customer service and interior are just right.
