More Comments at Google MapI visited for the first time in a while, and they told me that they only had Nihachi soba today because of the buckwheat flour, but it was very delicious. It was thin and white, but had a nice firmness to it, and the soba soup was just the sweetness I liked. I used to eat only 100% of the food here, but I never threw away 28% of the food. The soba soup was delicious as it was just at the end of the afternoon session.
A gourmet paradise with an ensemble of exquisite 100 percent soba and rice bowl dishes "Wadaya" in Nagano City is a well-known hidden restaurant where you can enjoy not only a wide variety of rice bowl dishes, but also exquisite 100 percent soba noodles. The first thing that catches my eye is the egg-cooked rice. The beautiful egg reminds you of the golden sun, and the flavor of the rice, which is even more enhanced by eating it with rock salt, dances in your mouth. We also have a selection of rare Japanese sake, which goes perfectly with soba. The soup and stock match perfectly, and you can enjoy a pleasant taste that feels like musical harmony. The 100 percent soba served in a colander has a strong aroma and gives you a refreshing feeling, as if you were bathing in the forest. Also, if you order shrimp tempura, it will serve as an accent and bring out the exquisite taste. Please enjoy the gourmet paradise of exquisite 100 percent soba and rice bowl dishes at Wada-ya. Eating in Nagano City will be a truly blissful experience.
I went there at 12:00 noon on a weekday, and there was no line. There were quite a few customers inside the store, so depending on the time of year there might be a line. What I ate was the zaru soba and mini katsudon set from the lunch limited menu for 1000 yen. To see if I was confident in soba, he suggested I try it with salt. I don't know much about soba, but it was actually delicious. But I think it's more delicious if you eat it with soup. The katsudon set was also really delicious. Apparently you can also drink salmon at night. There were various types of alcohol available in the store.
