we couldn’t have been happier with this hotel. the pictures on the website do not reflect how beautiful the rooms are. They service ( especially Joyce) went out of their way to make our stay memorable. the location is wonderful. the food is an experience and outstanding !!!!

Best meal I had on this restaurant on my last trip. Perfect place for a meal after the hike to Jigakudani. Great atmosphere as if you've walked in a time capsule back in old Japan. Highly recommended.

Food and atmosphere was amazing and reasonably priced. The free pick up and drop off from Prince West made it easy and a great experience overall! Also the sake selection was great.
