Lovely Soba restaurant - great food, very friendly, English menu, usually quiet. There is no English sign on the street - go up the stairs and it’s the door on the right next to Sumo Nabe.

Good foods, good ambience and good people. They have English menu, drinking water is self service. We ordered a bowl of butaniku hot soba and a bowl of Udon with Tempura. The tempura serving is very generous. These 2 bowls of delicious noodles only cost us less than 2000 yen. I saw a lot of people ordered cold soba, which I guess is a must try as well. This noodle house is operated by a friendly local family. It is a good place to experience Japanese culture and foods.

Great soba noodles for a reasonable price I had tempura as a side dish, consisting of a variety of vegetables, big shrimp & fish. Each component was deliciously cooked on point.
