More Comments at Google MapSoba is a specialty of Yamato. There are various displays related to soba here. At the soba making demonstration corner, you can see the skill of the master right in front of you. The technique was artistic and I watched it from beginning to end without getting tired of it. It seems that you can experience it if you make a reservation. There was a shop at the entrance that sold soba and soba-related products. I bought buckwheat flour for sobagaki, soba (dried soba), and soba miso. Visited late April 2022
While many stores close early, I'm really grateful that they're open until 4pm. I'm grateful for the cold soba noodles I had in mind. With a set of two types of soba, cold and hot, you can enjoy the firmness of cold noodles and the smoothness that goes down your throat when warm. You can also buy raw soba souvenirs here.
We had zaru soba, tempura, soba noodles, and duck nanban soba. As for tempura, I was surprised to find Fukinoto, a messenger of spring, which is rare at this time. It was filling and very delicious. The store clerk was also very kind and I had a good memory.
