It was very crowded at noon during the Aizu Festival, but the soba was so delicious that it was worth the wait. It was authentic Aizu soba.

Visited 2022.8.11 I ordered a large serving of chilled sleet fried mochi soba. I thought that since the fried mochi was stuffed inside, it would gradually warm up, so I moved the fried mochi to a separate plate. Since it was chilled, the soup was quite dark, but when I mixed it with grated daikon radish, it was just right. The amount of soba seems to be small considering it is a large portion. This is a restaurant where you can eat rare Ise udon. It has a reputation for delicious soba noodles, but I visited for Ise udon. The fluffy noodles are gently soaked in the sweet soy sauce. The mochi I ordered together was also soft and delicious.
