Yabuki, Fukushima, Japan｜大伸工業

I went there for lunch with my son who loves soba. I had been talking about wanting to go for a while, but the timing didn't work out so I finally did it today. The store's appearance is simple, or rather, it's so quiet that you can easily overlook it at first glance. I couldn't help but ask if I could come in. There are no menus at the seats, just discreetly written on the wall with modest wording and sizes. Three dishes: Zaru Soba, Omori Soba, and Kake Soba. Since it was still a hot day, we both asked for a colander. While I was waiting, I was served warm tea in a nice bowl. As soon as my son took a sip, he said that the tea was really delicious and he should try it. Wow! I was impressed by the delicious tea that was brewed for me for the first time in a while. As I was waiting, listening to the rhythmic sound of knives coming from the kitchen and enjoying a casual but normal conversation that I haven't been able to have lately because I've been busy, the cold tofu arrived. (I ate half of it before taking a photo) Next, I had the condiments I heard earlier, wasabi, soba soup, soup... soup?! And vegetable tempura! The menu was "zaru soba", so I decided to try it. I thought it was just soba noodles, but what a pleasant surprise. All three dishes come with vegetable tempura. The soba noodles, irregular and translucent, neatly served in a leaf-shaped bowl also arrived. The two of us stared at each other at the not-too-strong soba soup, the aroma and chewy taste that went down our throats, and the undeniable deliciousness of the soba noodles. Fresh vegetable tempura with a crunchy texture and a sweet taste, and a slightly sweet sauce like Kyushu soy sauce go well with the chilled tofu. The taste exceeded my expectations, and I ate it all, exclaiming to myself, ``I'll definitely come back!'' It was really delicious! thank you very much.

it's the best!! Everything was delicious (*^^*) I felt so happy! I had a relaxing time. Thank you (^-^) I'm working alone, so if you have time, please give it a try. It seems that there are no fixed holidays. Lucky if it's open (*^^*)

I got the sky. Both soba and tempura are delicious. I was particular about the vessel, and my husband, who was picky about soba, was very satisfied.
