This store moved from Iide-cho, Yamagata Prefecture in October 2016. A famous soba restaurant in Koriyama serves Sarashina thin noodles that you might mistake for cold noodles. There are many shops where the owner's poop is a nuisance, This is a restaurant where you can concentrate on eating without any of that. When I think of Yamagata soba, I have an image of thick noodles. This is slightly thinner and chewy, and goes well with bonito-based soups. The location is in a residential area so it's not noticeable at all (lol) It's a hidden gem for me.

You can enjoy delicious soba noodles. Tempura is also delicious. The owner is from Yamagata. The landlady is extremely sexy!
