It was a little after 12 noon on Saturday, and luckily there was only one parking space left. After that, customers started coming in one after another. This is an elegant Japanese-style restaurant located in a residential area. There are 3 low tables for 4 people and 4 counter seats for a relaxing atmosphere. I had the zaru soba. It is dark-colored, thin, cold, and firm soba noodles with a strong aroma. The soup is thick but not salty. It seems that the soba soup is made separately. This soba soup is pure white, creamy and very delicious. I'm satisfied. I was eating at the counter facing the kitchen, so my husband asked, ``Isn't the soba hard?'' No, no, it's just the right amount of chewy and delicious soba noodles. Both the woman and the owner of the shop were cheerful and the shop had a nice atmosphere.
