Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan｜Yabukian

My personal favorite soba restaurant in Iwaki. The soba noodles pulled at the shop are transparent white. Fragrant reeds, throat reeds. Shrimp of shrimp tempura soba is the best with large and crispy texture.

The store was clean and there were handmade earrings near the cash register. I ate tempura soba, and the freshly fried tempura and soba noodles were chewy and very delicious.

It was delicious. The Tenzaru shrimp are big and filling!
