One of my favorite soba shop in Sapporo!! Every time I visit Sapporo, I make sure to visit this place. So good😊

It's been almost 6 years since I was transferred to Osaka, but no matter how many years have passed, Osaka's soba just doesn't suit my taste as someone who was born and raised in Hokkaido.Even cup soba tastes different in Kansai, so I go back to Sapporo every few months. I look forward to coming to Yuzuru every time I return home. Every time, I order a large serving of soba for the Mori Soba and Tendon set, which is offered during lunch time. I don't have the fancy way of eating soba by dipping it in soba soup to enjoy the flavor of the soba, but I like to eat it by dipping it all over the place, so I end up running out of soup. So when I order, I ask for an extra side of the soba soup, and they always kindly accept. Thank you! I think the soba this time was a little hard. Thank you for the meal. I will also drop by.

It was crowded at noon and there was a line, but you can relax and eat in the spacious store. The menu is extensive, and there are quite a few set menus. Soba noodles are also delicious with thin sesame soba noodles. It was a hot day, so I had a set menu of zaru soba and grated yam rice. The grated yam rice came in smoothly again and gently entered my stomach without appetite. Zaru soba was also smooth and delicious. Next time, I want to eat tempura. I would like to look forward to the next opportunity 😊
