Delicious Yakumo soba. I've loved it for a long time. I ate "curry croquette soba" for the first time, and it was very rich and delicious! They also have curry soba, so be careful when ordering. The hot soba here will keep you warm during the cold season. My stomach is satisfied. One of my favorite soba noodles restaurant in Sapporo. They have a many variations of soba noodles! I visited this chain store many times. They're very popular so that's why every time so crowded when I visited this restaurant. The soup is very healthy and tasty!! I love this soba menus. Some soba is only using vegetables I think.

Mr. Yakumo is a familiar person. There are chain stores all over the place, but I think the Shin-Saboro store has better taste than other stores.
