It's Sano Ramen, which seems to be common. The other day, I visited Sano Ramen for the first time in a while. The goodness of Sano ramen is the pork, green onions, etc. Although it has some major toppings, it wasn't very strange. I feel like there aren't that many ramen that are curveballs, in a good way. … The name of this place is ``Dantotsu'', but I didn't think that the ramen had a large amount of dantotsu or many types of toppings, but was just a delicious ramen. There's a lot of competition among ramen restaurants, and I looked at a lot of ramen trying to differentiate myself, but I didn't know if I'd want to eat it over and over again, even if it was good once. I think there are many ramen that make you think ``hmm'' when you say that, so the ramen here didn't seem to be heading in a particularly weird direction, and I felt like I wouldn't get tired of eating it often.

The ramen is also refreshing and delicious. The gyoza are handmade and large, so you'll be satisfied with just 3 of them. The char siu in the char siu bowl was grilled, fragrant and delicious!
