Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Soba noodle shop

It's a quiet shop, but the soba noodles were really delicious (^^) The fried rockfish was grilled and then quickly fried, so it was fresh and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which was delicious! The vegetable tempura was crispy, and the Moroccan green bean and persimmon tempura were also delicious. I look forward to visiting you again. Thank you for the meal⸜( ' ᵕ ' )⸝

On the way from Omama Station to Yunokami Onsen on the Aizu Kaido Road, This is a soba shop that I found by chance. Seasonal vegetable tempura is small but this volume 😍 The mushroom soba was also delicious (๑´ڡ`๑).

I was curious about Soba Kaido and stopped by. Although the noodles were thin, they were chewy and were the best soba noodles I've ever had. Tempura and seasonal vegetables go perfectly with soba noodles. It was a fun and happy Soba Kaido where we could talk about various things.
