I heard that the ramen here is delicious if you use "yellow chive", a specialty of Okayama, but it's not on the tabletop menu... I gave up and immediately after ordering "sweet and spicy ramen", I found the letters "yellow chive ramen" on the wall of the kitchen! I was in a hurry to correct the order. The long-awaited yellow chive ramen is topped with so much yellow chive that the noodles are almost hidden. When you sip the soup, the light chicken bone soup and the faintly rich sweetness are thought to be the taste of Satsuma soy sauce. When you slurp the straight thin noodles, the soup will be carried to your mouth. When I was sipping on the noodles and yellow chives, two pieces of large pork belly chashu came out, and I felt like I was getting something. The combination of chicken stock and thin noodles is a light combination, so even if you drink up the soup, you won't be hungry. (1 egg per bowl of rice) I was quite intrigued by the original egg rice with yellow soup stock, but I gave up this time in favor of eating ramen while walking around... If you have confidence in your appetite, we recommend this set that will definitely pay for itself.
