It's been about two years since my first visit, and I've gotten to know the staff so much that it's now my go-to shop. Recommended dishes include seared horse meat and rare fried horse sirloin. There are also many other dishes using horse meat, such as assorted horse sashimi, as well as a wide variety of alcohol and drinks, so be sure to check them out if you come to Joetsu!

It was a store I had wanted to try for a while. I was meeting someone else, but when I passed by, I just couldn't resist and went in alone. It was calm and delicious, and I also enjoyed drinking beer! Assorted horse sashimi, 4 types available at a reasonable price! recommendation!

Both the male and female clerks were very kind. The instructions for the condiments for the horse sashimi were also easy to understand! Perfect taste 💯 This is a store I definitely want to use again!
