Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜Bishamon

It was used in October of R5. It was a weekend night, so I made a reservation and visited. There was a wide variety of food and drinks 🍺 The sashimi platter and fried chicken were very delicious 🍗 We also had Joetsu specialty squid tempura! The store has a counter and private rooms. There are several parking lots right next to the store.

I stayed overnight in Naoetsu on a train trip on Kuha 455 and stopped by our store. It was delicious. Well, I wasn't expecting much from a Japanese-style izakaya in the countryside, but the sauce that brings out the flavor of the ingredients is really good. The lean beef sashimi, oysters, and tomato spring rolls were especially delicious. The master is being trained somewhere. This is an excellent restaurant that is the opposite of amateur cooking that is cheap, tastes bad, and has a lot of quantity. It was a Saturday night and by 7 o'clock the place was packed. Thank you for the meal. But I ate a lot.

It is recommended to make a reservation on weekends as it is very busy. Everything you eat is delicious, including appetizers🌼🌼🌼
