Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Asahiya (Soba noodles and souvenir shop)

2022.9.24 (Sat) 3rd year coming back. It was definitely delicious. This time, in addition to the usual yuba and sake, I also had the head of yuba tamadon. This is also a restaurant I would like to go to eat at. Coming again on Saturday, December 18, 2021. Just like last year, we had raw Yuba sashimi, Yuba boiled sashimi, and seasoned wild vegetables served with cold sake. It was very delicious. This is a shop I would like to visit again when I go to Nikko. 2020.9.27 Fresh yuba sashimi, simmered yuba, and seasoned wild vegetables with a glass of cold local sake. Both yuba and wild vegetables are delicious. I am very satisfied with the kind and polite guidance from the store staff and the reasonable prices.

Use the souvenir shop on the first floor. The shop's owner looks scary at first glance, but she's quite cute when you talk to her ^_^ Then a young wife appears✨✨She packed the souvenirs that I bought, even though I already have a lot of luggage, very skillfully and beautifully.ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡ How kind! Zaru soba. It looked elegant, but I only stayed in Nikko for 20 minutes and ate it all down. Next time I'd like to try the famous yuba soba.
