I asked a Thai friend, ``Where is the best Thai restaurant in Fuji City?'' and he recommended this place, so I went there. The menu is the names of Thai dishes, so if you don't know the name of a dish, please use the picture to imagine it. First, let's start with Thai beer♪ I also wanted to eat a salad, so when I looked at the salad menu, there were two kinds, Som Tam Thai and Tam Ten Thai.There was no picture of Tam Ten, so I asked the staff about the difference. ``It's smelly'', so I asked for Som Tam. I wonder if Tamten has a lot of herbs? ? The som tam was a green papaya salad with a sweet and spicy dressing and a nutty texture that was delicious. We also ordered fried chicken, seafood pad pon curry, tom kha gai, and khao nhow (glutinous rice). The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Garlic is effective, but it's not a strong seasoning, so it goes well with sweet chili sauce. Tom Kha Gai is a spicy soup similar to a green curry roux. It has an authentic taste and the spiciness is just right. The one I liked the most was the seafood pad pon curry. It has a lot of plump seafood. Sweet roux and crab? The richness of the egg matched the texture and it was very delicious. Everything was really delicious, so I would like to go again soon ♪
