The handmade noodles are excellent. I ordered wonton noodles, but the other customers ordered hiyashi chuka. It's true that hiyashi chuka would be good with these noodles. I have no choice but to repeat it.

Of course, this restaurant is famous for its ramen, but we also recommend the fried chicken set meal and omelet rice. There are plenty of large pieces of fried chicken that are freshly fried and piping hot. The omelet rice is delicious with ketchup rice that contains chashu instead of chicken! However, I wanted to put soy sauce on the cabbage garnish instead of sauce, but unfortunately there was no soy sauce on the table.

This is a long-established restaurant near the city hall where you can enjoy authentic hand-made ramen. If it's summer, we recommend hiyashi chuka, but outside of that, we recommend orthodox ramen. The slightly salty soy sauce soup and handmade noodles with a texture that rivals the soup go perfectly together.
